In just four steps, you’re on your way to fast, free, real-time claim submission for your existing patients. (And, it’s just one more step for a new patient.)

1.  Log in to your online account at (or, select Register Today to create your account).

2.  Select Submit Claim > Existing and enter the patient’s name (or select New and enter a new patient’s information).

3.  Fill out the claim:

  •     Select Statement of Completed Services or Pre-Treatment Estimate
  •     Scroll to Service Information and enter the procedure details
  •     Click Add Service to enter more procedures
  •     If x-rays or other documentation is necessary, click Enclosures or Electronic Documents to upload

4.  Click Submit Claim.

Use My Claims to track the claim’s progress from receipt to completion, too.
