The good news for your new patient check-in process is that your Delta Dental patients don’t need an ID card. You’ve got their eligibility and benefits information at your fingertips, no matter which Delta Dental company covers them.
Simply ask for a new Delta Dental patient’s ID number (often the subscriber/primary enrollee’s social security or employee number), along with the names and birthdates of the subscriber and patient. Then, check eligibility and benefits in three easy steps:
- Log in to your online account at deltadentalins.com.
- Select National Search.
- Enter the subscriber and patient information requested for access to all Delta Dental companies’ eligibility and benefits information.
*Your Delta Dental patients can access their online ID card by logging in to their account. The ID card can be viewed, printed and/or immediately sent to their email account (as a PDF).
